With a decade of experience in luxury hospitality and Michelin-starred restaurants, Alison has worked alongside renowned chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Eric Fréchon, and Clare Smyth, as well as prestigious hotel groups including Hilton, Accor, and Oetker Collection. Her career has taken her across the globe—from London and Sydney to Bora Bora and Lausanne—where she has curated hundreds of exceptional events, including a royal wedding reception.

Combining her expertise in luxury event planning with certifications from QC Event School and International Events School, she founded Oui Love This Day to help couples from around the world plan elegant, tailor-made weddings in the stunning South of France. Fluent in both French and English, she blends international experience with the art of French living to create weddings that are both refined and deeply authentic.

Pattie Fellowes is an editorial wedding photographer based in the South of France. Her style is timeless, authentic and romantic, and reflects her love of living in France, fashion and dance. Carefully balancing the classic elegance and editorial modernity, Pattie creates authentic and refined photographs that are timeless and emotional.

Her background is Fine Art and photography teaching at a University in England. She works with high-end venues and suppliers in France.

Her work has been featured multiple times both in print and digital magazines such as Vogue, Wedding Sparrow, New York Times and Magnolia Rouge.

Born into a family of passionate nurserymen, Céline Braun was immersed in the beauty of nature from an early age. Her deep-rooted love for flowers led her to pursue a degree in agricultural engineering before exploring various professional fields and traveling the world. Inspired by different cultures and artistic influences, she developed a keen eye for refined, natural aesthetics. After starting her own family, she felt a strong desire to return to her floral roots, training with talented florists to perfect her craft.

In 2019, she founded the Céline Braun floral design studio, dedicated to creating bespoke floral arrangements for luxury weddings and events. Her signature style—elegant, organic, and effortlessly romantic—enhances every celebration with a sense of refined beauty. Based in Provence and available throughout France and beyond, Céline and her team work closely with clients to bring their vision to life, crafting timeless floral designs that transform spaces and create unforgettable moments.
